Cancellation, Refund, and Returns Policy

1. General Terms

  • This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through [“Prettyshimmeringthing.in”]. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. This Policy is governed by Indian law.

2. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: Customers may cancel their order before shipment by contacting our customer support at hello@prettyshimmeringthings.in or WhatsApp +919840300271. Full refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after confirmation
  • After Shipment:

    Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. Customers may return or exchange items per our Return Policy. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
    Please inspect the package before accepting delivery. Refuse the package if it is damaged or tampered with.

3. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings and piercing jewelry cannot be returned, unless defective or damaged.
  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return unless defective.

4. How to Request a Return

  • Email us at hello@prettyshimmeringthings.in with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions via email.
  • Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or defective.

5. Refund & Exchange Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
  • If you requested an exchange, we’ll send your new item as soon as possible.

6. Damaged or Wrong Item

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item.
  • We’ll replace it or provide a full refund at no additional cost.
