By placing an order for international delivery, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update these policies at any time, so please review them periodically.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery
Shipping fees are calculated based on your destination country, total package weight, and your choice of shipping method during the checkout process.
Delivery timeframes are provided as estimates and may vary depending on your location and the courier service handling your shipment. Factors such as customs procedures, international transit delays, and weather conditions may impact actual delivery dates, which are beyond our control.
You are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate and complete. Additional charges may apply if corrections are needed due to incomplete or incorrect address details.
3. Import Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
International orders may incur customs duties, import taxes, and processing fees as determined by your country's customs regulations.
As the recipient, you are solely responsible for paying any customs duties or import taxes assessed upon delivery. These costs are separate from our listed prices and shipping charges and are not our responsibility.
We recommend contacting your country's customs authority before placing your order to understand potential charges. Different countries have varying customs policies and fee structures.
Should you refuse delivery due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, no refund will be provided for either the merchandise or shipping expenses.
4. Courier Services & Package Tracking
We partner with trusted international courier providers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please note that tracking capabilities vary by destination country and shipping method selected.
We cannot be held liable for delays caused by customs inspections, international transport disruptions, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
5. Damage, Loss & Theft in Transit
Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, we are not liable for any loss or theft that occurs.
If your package goes missing during transit, please contact us immediately, and we will support you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
For items that arrive damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic or video evidence of the damage for our assessment. Depending on the damage severity, we may offer a replacement or store credit.
6. Product Restrictions & Shipping Limitations
Certain countries restrict or prohibit the import of specific product categories. It is your responsibility to verify whether our items can legally be imported into your country before purchasing.
If your order is returned to us due to import restrictions, we will refund the product price only. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
We are unable to deliver to PO boxes, APO addresses, or certain remote locations in select countries.
7. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Once your order has been confirmed and processed, cancellations and address changes cannot be guaranteed.
If you need to modify your shipping address, please reach out to us as quickly as possible. We will attempt to accommodate your request if the order hasn't yet left our facility, but we cannot promise success.
8. International Returns & Refunds Policy
International purchases are considered final sales. Returns and exchanges are generally not accepted unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To qualify for a return or replacement, you must provide video evidence of the unboxing and clearly document the defect or error within 48 hours of delivery.
Once we review and approve your claim, refunds will be processed. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was on our part.
