This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through [“Prettyshimmeringthing.com”]. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. This Policy is governed by Indian law.

2. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment: Customers may cancel their order before shipment by contacting our customer support at [your email] or WhatsApp +91 [your number]. Full refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2-3 business days after confirmation
After Shipment:
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. Customers may return or exchange items per our Return Policy. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please inspect the package before accepting delivery. Refuse the package if damaged or tampered.

3.Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, earrings and piercing jewelry cannot be returned, unless defective or damaged.
Custom-made or personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return unless defective.

4. How to Request a Return

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions via email.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or defective.

5. Refund & Exchange Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
If you requested an exchange, we’ll send your new item as soon as possible.

6. Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item.
We’ll replace it or provide a full refund at no additional cost.
